Rode the Scooter down to Somerton, 10 miles North of the Border town of San Luis. 5:30 PM on Sunday, and the store was very busy. I looked for a few minutes for shoe polish, then asked a guy and girl that were stocking shelves. They looked at each other, talked about it, then decided they didn't have a clue of what I wanted. So, took off my shoe and pretended to shine it. Ahhh, the light came on, and they took me right to the Kiwi polish. And, I was still in the US of A!
I passed 5 or 6 of these street vendors. The smells of the Carne Asada was too much, had to stop for ONE taco. It was delicious.

It was just dusk. The lights on the Palm trees and the Casino are very pretty at night. Like any Casino :-) Hope to get some good Fall Desert pictures later this week.
